Shipping Policy

Hey! Thanks for shopping with Actually Wear. Here's the quick rundown on how we get your order to you.

Where we ship

Right now we ship to the United States and Canada. If you're outside those countries, hang tight — we're working on it.

Production time (the important one!)

Every piece is made-to-order, which means nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust. After you place an order, we print it just for you. That takes about 2–7 business days before it ships out.

Translation: Order date ≠ ship date. The clock for shipping starts after your item is printed and packed.

Shipping times (after production)

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days

So all-in, plan on roughly 5–12 business days from order to doorstep in the US, and 7–17 business days for Canada. Weekends and holidays don't count as business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — those tracking emails love to hide in there.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what you ordered. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise fees from us.

A note for our Canadian friends 🇨🇦

Orders shipped to Canada may occasionally be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees at delivery. These are charged by your government, not by us, and unfortunately we can't cover or predict them. They're usually small, but heads up so it's not a surprise.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address before you hit that "Place Order" button! If you spot a typo, email us right away at info@portawebia.com. We can usually fix it before production starts, but once your order is in the printer, we can't change it.

If a package gets returned to us because of a bad address, we can reship it — but you'll need to cover the new shipping cost.

Lost, stuck, or damaged packages

Stuff happens. Here's what to do:

  • Package marked delivered but not there? Wait 48 hours (it sometimes turns up), check with neighbors, and look around the porch / mailroom. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll help.
  • Tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days? Email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Arrived damaged or misprinted? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No need to return the original.
