Return & Refund Policy

Quick heads-up: we do things a little differently than a normal store, and we want to be upfront about it. Here's the deal.

The short version

Every item we sell is made-to-order just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting around. Because of that, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for things like wrong size, color looked different on your screen, or changed your mind. BUT if anything is wrong with your order on our end — misprint, damage, wrong item, defect — we'll send you a free replacement, no questions asked.

What qualifies for a free replacement

  • Misprint or printing defect — faded ink, smudges, off-center print, wrong design
  • Manufacturing flaw — holes, loose stitching, fabric issues
  • Damaged in transit — arrived torn, stained, or otherwise messed up from shipping
  • Wrong item shipped — you ordered a tee, got a hoodie? On us.

If any of these happen, we'll print and ship a replacement at zero cost to you. You don't even have to send the original back — keep it, donate it, use it as a paint rag, whatever.

What doesn't qualify (sorry!)

  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Changed your mind
  • The color looks slightly different in real life than on your screen (monitors all show colors a tiny bit differently)
  • It doesn't fit the way you hoped
  • You no longer want it

We totally get it — this stuff happens. But since each piece is custom-printed for your order, we can't resell it or take it back. That's why we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we usually say size up for a relaxed fit.

How to claim a replacement

Easy. Within 14 days of delivery, email us at info@portawebia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (the more, the better)
  • A quick description of what went wrong

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Once we confirm the issue, your replacement goes straight into production — same timeline as a new order (2–7 business days to print + shipping).

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, check our Shipping Policy — we cover that scenario in detail there.

Cancellations & order changes

Because production starts fast, we can usually only cancel or change an order if you reach out within 12 hours of placing it — and only if it hasn't gone to print yet. Email us ASAP at info@portawebia.com if you spot a mistake.

Refunds

In the rare cases where we can't fix the issue with a replacement (item discontinued, repeated defect, etc.), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Why we do it this way

Honestly? Made-to-order is what lets us offer cool designs without ordering thousands of units upfront. It keeps us small, sustainable (no overstock going to landfill), and able to bring you stuff bigger brands won't. The trade-off is no traditional returns — but we more than make up for it by standing 100% behind every order we ship.
